Hello! I'm Szilvi, one of the new members of the Helen Doron Debrecen team!

My parents always considered language learning to be important, so I studied in an English class in elementary school and high school. After graduation, it was natural for me that the English language would remain an important part of my life. I have been teaching English since 2001. I started in a language school, where I worked for 7 years, then I taught in the two bilingual schools in Debrecen for a total of 15 years. In the schools, in addition to English, the skills subjects were also in English, so you could play a lot, do crafts, and sing with the children, which I loved.

The Helen Doron method is very close to my heart, because my goal has always been for the children to have fun in my classes and to gain reliable language skills without being noticed. I am very happy to be a member of the Debrecen Helen Doron team.
