We have had several occasions when babies have fallen asleep during English lessons. We've experienced that the baby was asleep for half of the class and woke up and joined us for the other half, or vice versa. As babies' routines change every 6 weeks after 3 months of age, it would be very difficult to always adapt to the current schedule. Our experience so far is that babies are very quick to settle in. They get used to something new and exciting happening to them when they come here, so after a while they try to stay awake or wake up earlier when they hear English songs. Besides, while the baby is sleeping, his ears are listening and hearing what we say. He stores this for later, and what mum has learned in English class can be repeated together at home, and English can be taught later.
